Formed in July 1953, the Lithonia Housing Authority (LHA) is committed to providing safe, decent, and affordable housing to the residents of Lithonia, Georgia.
LHA administers approximately 200 Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV), helping families access quality housing while promoting stability and self-sufficiency.
We are dedicated to strengthening our community through service, accountability, and improved housing conditions.
